Performance
This machine adopts hydraulic diving and swing tool carrier. The structure is reasonable and reliable.
It is convenient to operate and maintain. The characteristic of it is that it has complete functions, mechanical back gauge manually operated timing and numerical value display structure. It also has blade clearance “Quick Set” device, installation for light beam shadow overlapping the drawn line on the plate, and counter, Stroke stepless controller raises working efficiency in shearing narrow plate. This machine is suitable for metal construction works, boiler plants, hoisting and transport machinery factories as well as shipyards to shear dividing plates or to finish crude edges of the plate materials

HS-1 SERIES QUILOTINE SHEAR

Performanc
This machine adopts whole steel welding structure which has finished vibration aging treatment and heat treatment to relaxing of inner stress, with well rigidity and stability.
Triple support rolling guide rail to eliminate gaps of support and enhance shearing quality.
Clearance in between shearing blades adjusted by hand wheel to be quick, accurate and convenient.
